In the unlikely event of one of our Products proving to be faulty please call or email on the following. We will rectify this with a refund replacement or if appropriate and agreeable to you, a repair as soon as possible at our expense.
Most of the plinths and other products featured on our website are made to order. We like our products to go out to you freshly painted and in pristine condition. Storage adds to costs (read prices) and Items stored long term lose their sparkle. For this reason regrettably we will only accept the return of 1 item per customer. We feel that this is a fair way to reimburse customers who are unhappy with their purchase or have made a mistake for what ever reason. We therefore advise customers who would like to order several products to order 1 first to see if it meets with their approval. We have many satisfied customers see our client list You are also most welcome to visit us at our workshop to see the quality of our work in person.
Customers have 3 working days to inform us of there wish for a refund. (Full refund once goods have been returned in good condition)
We regret there are no returns on bespoke Products
Please always sign for all goods as unchecked unless you have personally checked the contents. If the Packaging is obviously Damaged Please sign as Damaged and unchecked. it is crucial to retain and photograph the packaging for insurance purposes.
We will always replace damaged goods with the swiftest possible speed. If the package needs collecting we will arrange this and we will send out a replacement at no further cost to you. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. We regret we are unable to replace damaged goods after that period.
Cancellation of orders is permitted on standard plinths (100cm x 40cm x 40cm) provided they have not been shipped as we have these in stock (if we have booked them in for shipping we will refund you minus shipping) . Other plinths made to order may be cancelled provided we have not started work on making them. We may consider a partial refund taking into account work done at out discretion.
Once booked and paid for hire plinths are reserved for you.
Cancellations up to seven days before hire out full refund will be given.
Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours notice of hire we will take a cancellation fee of 10% of hire cost (we will refund 100% of your deposit).
Cancellations within 48hours of hire we will take a cancellation fee of 30% of your hire fee (we will refund 100% of your deposit)
