Sales orders
Some items are available from stock but most are made to order and take around 10 - 20 working days to make. Please email us if you have a specific deadline and we will let you know the options. We have express rates for rush jobs and can turn things round fast if needs be.
Collections
Artplinths is based in London (E10 7QE ). You are welcome to arrange your own shipping and collect orders from us. We are happy to load vans and help your driver. We are open by appointment : 9.15am 1pm and 2pm and 4.30pm Monday - Friday. Note that orders for collection are NOT Packed suitable for transport with national shippers like UPS, fedex. Parcelforce. Unless specifically requested - charges may apply
London area delivery
If you live in the London postcodes area you can take advantage of our same-day designated courier service.
This works out significantly cheaper on orders of more than one plinth. We work with a very friendly and efficient courier service who will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery window.
The website is configured to offer you delivery options based on your postcode. If you think the delivery cost is wrong or you need something more specific please email us to discuss this . We are happy to try and get the costs down for you and we don't seek to make a profit on deliveries, rather we want to keep them competitive so they are not a barrier to customers making orders.
UK wide deliveries
By national carrier: from £25 plus VAT for smaller items. This includes postage, secure packing and insurance, and takes 2-3 days. from when the order is ready
(*Highlands and Islands excluded, please ask for a quote.)
This will be UPS, Parcel force or similar for smaller orders and Palletised deliveries for larger orders. All our goods are shipped in stout packaging to protect them en-route. We only use reputable and professional delivery companies to ensure the security of your goods.
Please be aware that transport and delivery costs are rising and may be prone to change at short notice.
Hire Orders
We do not offer a delivery service for hire orders as it's too logistically complicated with many jobs being time sensitive and prone to change. Hire Jobs are strictly on a collection and return basis from London E10 7QE.

Customers should arrange transport. It is very simple and flexible and also cheaper for you plus you are in control of it.

Artplinths Highly Recommends
Zhero are a zero emissions transport company based in East London. We've found them to really great and this would be our first option for transport, They can also provide careful installation of the items if required - please request this at booking if needed.

Failing that and with reservations
Addison Lee (no account needed) is a large London courier company and service and quality can be hit and miss. It's not really a recommendation but If you are in a bind or need a courier at short notice they are useful.
Important : Ask for a careful driver and state goods are fragile.
Always give job reference number and name the job was booked in.
If you have any issues with transport or your job does not neatly fit into the courier model please just ask and we will help you sort it out.
International orders.
Post Brexit regrettably we can no longer arrange international shipping.
We are happy to pack or palletise your order ready for export and generally help facilitate. (exported goods may need proof of export)
